Support & Maintenance

AsiaNet is able to provide high level support services to our channel partners and customers by certified engineering personnel. The service level can be round the clock 24 hours and 7 days a week with immediate parts replacement. Support and Maintenance services can be extended to all solutions from AsiaNet.

Demonstration

AsiaNet has a laboratory to conduct live demonstration. It helps channel partners and customers to understand how the solutions work. Moving forward, on-site demonstration can also be provided for Proof of Concept in customer environment.

Training

AsiaNet will normally bundle training as a part of offering deliverables. Upon request, we can also organize some specific training on traffic management and IT security. The training will be carried by certified personnel and with appropriate hand-on practice.

Outsourcing

AsiaNet offer contract-basis or per job basis outsourcing services to channel partners and customers with an aim to offload partners' effort in recruitment, training, and monitoring.
